On Sunday, February 7, 2021, this year the Sunday of the Synaxis of the New Martyrs of Russia, Archbishop Peter marked his name’s day at the Diocesan Cathedral of the Protection of the Mother of God in Des Plaines, IL. His Eminence was joined at the Divine Liturgy by the following clergymen:

The cathedral was as full as was allowed based on the local quarantine rules. Following the Divine Liturgy the gathered clergymen shared a small, socially distanced meal with Vladyka in honor of his patron saint, New Martyr Peter of Krutitsa.
