The Diocesan Assembly convenes every three years to discuss vital issues regarding the life of individual parishes as well as the diocese as a whole.  Representatives are chosen from each parish as well as from individual organizations within the diocese.  This year, God willing, the Diocesan Assembly will convene October 12-14, 2012 at the Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral in Des Plaines, IL.  Special conference housing is being arranged through a nearby retreat center and further details will be available soon.
