The Diocesan Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time with the exceptions noted below.
1.The office is closed on January 1 for the civil marking of the New Year
2. The office is closed on January 6-9 for the celebration of the Nativity of the Lord
3. The office is closed on January 18-20 for the celebration of the Theophany of the Lord
4. The office is closed on February 15 for the celebration of the Entrance of the Lord
5. The office is closed for the first week of Great Lent
6. The office is closed on April 7 for the celebration of the Annunciation of the Theotokos
7. The office is closed for Holy Week
8. The office is closed for Bright Week
9. The office is closed for the Ascension of the Lord
10. The office is closed on July 12 for the celebration of the Apostles Peter & Paul
11. The office is closed on August 19 for the celebration of the Transfiguration of the Lord
12. The office is closed on August 28 for the celebration of the Dormition of the Theotokos
13. The office is closed on September 21 for the celebration of the Nativity of the Theotokos
14. The office is closed on September 27 for the celebration of the Exultation of the Cross
15. The office is closed on October 14 for the celebration of the Protection of the Theotokos
16. The office is closed on Thanksgiving Day (the 4th Thursday of November)
17. The office is closed on December 4 for the celebration of the Entry of the Theotokos into the Temple
18. The office is closed on December 25 for the celebration of St. Herman of Alaska
